The premises of this apartment have undergone planning changes.

So, a typical two-room apartment turned into a three-room apartment thanks to the reconstruction of some walls. The large studio living room accommodates a kitchen, a dining area with a bar and a large sofa for relaxation. In the decoration of the interior of the living room, plaster imitation of red brick is used. On the floor there is a brushed, white wooden parquet board and Italian floor tiles.  Between the living room and the study, a sliding structure made of glass and black metal is installed.  Wallpaper with a structure and imitation of decorative plaster is used in the decorated walls of the office.
