​The customer is a young man, a bachelor. The main wish was to make a "bachelor den" that would not require daily cleaning and washing. In the interior, at the request of the customer, there is a large amount of decorative brick and wood. Since the apartment is small, it was decided to place a full-fledged bedroom and living room, combined with the kitchen and the entrance area. and since the height of the ceiling in this room was almost 5 meters, it was decided to make a small sleeping place for guests above the bathroom. The entrance to this sleeping place is located from the side of the kitchen. And the elements of the kitchen itself serve as stairs to the top.
